The program is divided into five topics that guide students step by step, from the initial idea to a well-established club.

Week 1:

Discovery Session, Defining Purpose and Goals Recruiting Members and Finding a Faculty Advisor, Club Proposal

Week 2:

Preparing for the First Meeting, Planning Activities and Events

Week 3:

Hosting the First Meeting

Week 4 and Week 5:

Staying Organized, Structuring the Club and Promoting the Club; Evaluating and Improving, Event Execution and Management.

Week 1:

Get introduced to the program, your mentors and Brex. You will learn how Brex operates and begin preliminary research on the program project.

Week 2:

You will obtain all the required skills to complete the project. Through a series of skills lectures you will get a fully immersive learning experience and all the adequate skills.

Week 3:

You are now equipped with the adequate skill set to complete the program. Applying your knowledge onto the project in the context of Brex and working as a team is the focus.

Week 4 and Week 5:

In your final week you will submit your project for mentor feedback. In the final night you will pitch your project and findings to Brex representatives and upon completion, receive a referral letter.

Throughout her high school and undergraduate years, Chanel has always been involved on her campus, serving as President of her high school’s Spanish Club, winning numerous awards for her performance in Model United Nations, and later on, serving in various leadership roles at her college’s pre-law association, Alumni Scholar Club, and cultural clubs.
