Build the groundwork for your podcast by exploring ideas, defining your format, and crafting an engaging identity.

Learn essential skills to prepare for hosting and conducting impactful podcast episodes.

Production & Editing
Turn your ideas into reality by recording, editing, and producing high-quality podcast episodes.
Phase IV
Launch & Growth
Launch your podcast and build a loyal audience through strategic promotion and analytics.

Phase I
Laying the Foundation
Get introduced to the program, your mentors and Brex. You will learn how Brex operates and begin preliminary research on the program project.
Phase II
Planning & Preparation
You will obtain all the required skills to complete the project. Through a series of skills lectures you will get a fully immersive learning experience and all the adequate skills.
Phase III
Production & Editing
You are now equipped with the adequate skill set to complete the program. Applying your knowledge onto the project in the context of Brex and working as a team is the focus.
Phase IV
Launch & Growth
In your final week you will submit your project for mentor feedback. In the final night you will pitch your project and findings to Brex representatives and upon completion, receive a referral letter.
